This policy describes a private, internal business application — the RJFA Owner Dashboard (“the App”) — operated by R.J. Fisher & Associates, Inc. (“RJF&A,” “we”). The App is used solely by RJF&A ownership to view the firm’s own business data. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public.
With your explicit authorization, the App connects to your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s API using read-only access to accounting information — for example profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and accounts-receivable data. The App also aggregates the firm’s internal time-tracking data. The App does not create, edit, or delete any data in QuickBooks; it only reads it.
Information is used for one purpose: to calculate and display internal financial and operational metrics (such as collected revenue, accounts-receivable aging, and break-even) to RJF&A ownership on a private dashboard. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running the firm.
Data and authorization tokens are stored in a private database (Cloudflare D1) accessible only to RJF&A. The dashboard is protected behind an owner-only login (Cloudflare Access); only authorized RJF&A personnel can view it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We do not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks or financial data with any third party. Data stays within RJF&A’s own systems and is used only by the firm.
Information is retained only as long as needed to operate the dashboard. You may revoke the App’s access to QuickBooks at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps → Manage) or by disconnecting the App; upon revocation the App can no longer read your data.
