These terms govern the RJFA Owner Dashboard (“the App”), a private internal tool provided by R.J. Fisher & Associates, Inc. (“RJF&A”) for the firm’s own use. The App is not distributed to or licensed for the general public.
RJF&A grants authorized firm personnel a limited, internal, non-transferable right to use the App to view RJF&A’s own business data. The App may not be used by anyone outside RJF&A.
The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API with read-only access, used only to display the firm’s financial metrics. The App does not modify QuickBooks data. Authorization may be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online or by disconnecting the App.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Figures shown are derived from source systems (including QuickBooks Online and the firm’s time-tracking system) and are intended as internal management indicators, not as official accounting records. QuickBooks Online remains the system of record.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJF&A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
RJF&A may update or discontinue the App, or update these terms, at any time.
